Mindfully Nourished Digital Course
This online digital course will serve as your guide and support in you rediscovering a healthy and compassionate relationship to your mind, your body, your relationships, and your life so that you can live a fully nourished life at home and work. The course has all the handouts, mindful audios, expert speaker audios, and recorded audios of the 9 sessions for the student to got at their own pace and review content and curriculum when they need it most.
Drawing on recent research in the fields of integrative medicine, positive psychology, mindfulness, nutrition, and behavior change, Carley integrates her experiences as a life coach, research consultant, Stanford instructor, and long time practitioner and teacher of mindfulness and well being in this evidence-based course. The Mindfully Nourished online course was developed for the student to go at their own pace.
