Mindful Eating is about understanding satiety and discerning between hunger and emotions.
Body Intuition™ is an 8 week group program utilizing an integrative approach to address and help implement healthy lifestyle change and stress reduction through mindfulness. The group meets weekly and is taught the principles and latest research findings on mindfulness related to eating and stress, group discussion, and hands on exercises to help participants become successful in behavior change. Come learn proven and sustainable practices for your health and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.
This class is an integrative approach to developing a healthy relationship with yourself and food.

Embracing your Body- Guided Imagery CD
This 50 minute CD combines the knowledge and wisdom of one's imagery surrounding the mind and body. The CD includes two tracks to enhance one's positive body image and aid in deep relaxation and renewal.
Guided Imagery is a therapeutic tool that combines deep relaxation and positive suggestion. Guided Imagery allows one to develop a greater connection to themselves and their bodies for inward and effective healing. Mindful Indian Vegetarian Cooking Class
Feed Your SOUL from the Inside Out
You and your friends will be welcomed into this amazing class with tea infused cardamom and a chance to slow down and let cooking and eating be truly something to enjoy! Upon completion of this 6 week series, you will have learned over 15 recipes and possess a thorough understanding of Indian Vegetarian Cooking. Additionally, you will learn core concepts of mindfulness applied to everyday life.

This coaching package incorporates 8 sessions to help you to explore different aspects of health and healing to support you in your path to well-being. These sessions will include a first session of one-on-one coaching to address obstacles and identify goals you are wanting to work towards, an hour-long nutrition session to help you incorporate healthy eating practices, one personal training session to create a program of exercise that addresses your unique body and fitness goals, and lastly a guided imagery session to help you access a deeper level of healing.
