Savor your life
The three-to-six-month Savor Your Life program helps participants develop skills that they can apply in all areas of their lives for deep growth and change. Using evidence-based techniques and teachings in mindfulness and health, the program includes facilitated groups, individual coaching, and ongoing community support and engagement.
The Mindful Eating program teaches evidence-based techniques in mindfulness, mindful eating, nutrition, cooking and stress reduction. It is about understanding satiety and discerning between hunger and emotions. The eight-to-ten week program includes weekly group meetings, educational handouts, ongoing community support and a daylong mindfulness retreat.
Peer wellness coaching
This five-hour training (in one-hour blocks) is designed for the busy professional. Participants practice the fundamentals of wellness coaching, engage in small group discussions and interactive exercises. Peer Wellness Coaching enhances communication skills, creates support for long-term healthy behavior and encourages employees to take personal responsibility for their own health.

Corporate wellness retreats half day, full day or longer – emphasize teaching core foundations in mindfulness, health, team building and leadership.
