Carley Hauck is the founder and senior well being architect at Living Well Awake. A teacher, researcher, speaker, author, consultant and executive life coach. Carley has over 15 years experience working with individuals and organizations in the area of behavior change, organizational psychology, & integrative medicine.
Carley holds a masters degree in health psychology and has a deep breadth of experience and certifications in yoga, nutrition, mindfulness, has over 3,000 trained hours in psychotherapy, and works as an executive life coach & consultant. She is a graduate of Spirit Rock’s Dedicated Practitioners Program and has had a regular meditation practice for almost 20 years. Carley has been a lead consultant on research studies observing the long-term benefits of mindfulness as it relates to stress resiliency, weight loss, health, and the prevention of type 2 diabetes.
An experienced curriculum and program developer, Carley has created several evidence-based well being programs and classes for reputable companies like LinkedIn, Pixar, & Bank of the West .
Additionally, Carley teaches on the subjects of resilience, food as medicine, and mindful nourishment at Stanford University Center for Integrative Medicine. Carley also supports professionals and leaders at UC Berkeley in her teaching. Additionally, Carley was voted one of the best life coaches in San Francisco in 2016. Juna Mustad has been coaching people for over 10 years on how to create effective relationships, grow emotional awareness, and embrace their full potential. She works with individuals, groups, and organizations. Juna has been meditating for several years and has a huge passion for the power of mindfulness to improve communication, foster leadership skills, and support overall well-being. Juna is a certified Conscious Living Coach through The Hendricks Institute and a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner through The SE Institute.
